If items are unable to be delivered to you by the courier or postal services, the order will be held for a defined period of time for you to collect. This time period varies per company. If uncollected items exceed this time period, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will automatically be refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified through email of the refund once processed.
